Parents deserve to be a part of the fun without having to worry about hiring a sitter and checking in constantly to ensure their littles are okay. When you hire You & I, we handle your guests' care for you - right where you are! Rest assured that children will be cared for, safe, and having just as much fun as their parents, if not more!

What We Provide
Get ready for a stress-free night! When you book You & I caregivers for your event, you receive a minimum of two adult, infant, and pediatric certified caregivers (most of us are parents ourselves!) to watch over your guests' children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We bring a combination of age-appropriate toys, mess-free sensory play, activities, and craft supplies to your event and handle all the set up before the children arrive. We'll perform a site visit to your venue location ahead of time and work directly with your planner or your venue's event coordinator to ensure we have a child-friendly space on the property nearby.

What Your Guests Provide
Your guests will provide a change of clothes for their children, any snacks, drinks, or bottles they'll want during our time together, and any life-saving medications, if necessary. Please note we do not administer medication unless it is a life-saving measure: i.e., EpiPens. 

What You Provide
A $500 base rate deposit is due to reserve your date at the time of booking. Afterwards, our on-site care rate is $30 per child per hour. When booking, it's helpful if you have a rough estimate of the number of children needing care, but not necessary. The final number of children and the remaining amount are due 7 days before your event date. If children need to be added on after, it can be discussed but cannot be guaranteed.
