Pay-what-you-can Group Exercise Classes for Mums

Let's do a low-impact, slow flow workout together! Being pregnant and working with pelvic floor therapists and pregnancy providers, I know how important it is to stay active during pregnancy. Here's the thing though: it's hard to find the motivation to do it when I'm alone! It's not always in the cards to pay for a gym membership, and personally I find yoga studios intimidating, but with the comfy. cosy vibe of the You & I studio, these group exercise classes are like doing a home workout in your living room, but filled with babies and toddlers, friends who are rooting for you, support, and love!

Starting April 14th, classes will be held every Monday morning at 9 am. Class sizes will stay small; no more than 10 women per class! The space is carpeted, but I suggest bringing along a mat or towel and a water bottle. You may bring your children and babies, however keep in mind that you are still responsible for them as there is no separate childcare. I will have a few baby-friendly toys that littles can use off to the side so we can keep an eye on them, and there is no where they can wander that we can't see! You are welcome to wear your baby during this class as well, but please contact me beforehand so we can ensure to make time for a fit check prior to class.
