Miss Flora | Owner, Program Director, Grow! Playschool Head Teacher
Flora Nye is the head teacher, program director, and creative mind behind You & I here in Bowling Green, KY, as well as sole owner. Living in a constant state of whimsy, she can often be found outside with a child on her hip, a book in one hand, and a caffeinated beverage in the other!

Mr. Daulton | Support, Grow! Playschool Fill-In, Saturday Sensory Playgroup Lead
Miss Flora who? We're pretty sure children only enjoy You & I's programs because of Mr. Daulton's presence - he makes everything 10x more fun! Usually supporting in the background, Daulton Nye has recently taken on a more active role as Saturday's Sensory Playgroup Leader and playschool fill-in helper. When not found helping his business-owning-wife with free labor, he can be found bustling through our local Target ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Fun fact: Children usually refer to him as "Mr. Dolphin"!
Miss Saxon | Grow! Playschool Helper, Fill-In Floater
"Hi! I'm Saxon McCullough. I have a background in education and a big love for working with little ones. You'll often see me around The Grow Room with my two tiniest sidekicks, Laurie and Freddie. I'm especially passionate about encouragin a love of reading and spending time in nature - barefeet and storybooks are two of my favorite things. In my space time, you can probably find me with a good book in one hand and
a coffee (and a maybe a pastry) in the other."
Saxon will be the playschool helper on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as a general floater fill-in for any programs while Miss Flora and Mr. Daulton are taking parental leave with their third baby, due in late October.
Miss Emily | Grow! Playschool Fill-In
"Hi, my name is Emily Neuendorf, mommy to my two greatest joys: Ellie (6) and Wesley (2.5). I am married to my wonderful husband of eight years. We love the Bowling Green community and attend Broadway Methodist Church. I am a stay-at-home mother. I also have a bachelor's degree in Special Education from Lee University. During my spare time, you can find me at the gym, playing with my kids, or going on a hike where there's a waterfall with my family! We love the great outdoors. I love playing and teaching and growing little minds on young learners - it's what I do best! Let's make it a fun year and grow together!"
Emily will be filling-in with Saxon at Grow! Playschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays while Miss Flora and Mr. Daulton are taking parental leave, as well as a general back up due to team illness, emergency, etc.
