Miss Flora | Owner, Program Director, Grow! Playschool Head Teacher
Flora Nye is the head teacher, program director, and creative mind behind You & I here in Bowling Green, KY, as well as sole owner. Living in a constant state of whimsy, she can often be found outside with a child in a carrier, a book in one hand, and a caffeinated beverage in the other!

Mr. Daulton | Support, Grow! Playschool Asst. Teacher
Miss Flora who? We're pretty sure children only enjoy You & I's programs because of Mr. Daulton's presence - he makes everything 10x more fun! Usually supporting in the background, Daulton has recently taken on a more active role along Miss Flora as an assistant teacher. When not found helping his business-owning-wife with free labor, he can be found bustling through our local Target ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Fun fact: Children usually refer to him as "Mr. Dolphin"!
Miss Ariel | Grow! Playschool Helper, Fill-In Floater
"Hello, I'm Ariel! I have a background in preschool education and love working to help kiddos explore the world through play! I'm a mama to two sweet girls, Eloise (5) and Fern (3), and I love reading, crafting, and going on adventures with my little family."
Ariel is a fill-in playschool helper as well as a general floater fill-in for any programs if Miss Flora or Mr. Daulton can't make it to playschool or a scheduled program.
Miss Grace | Grow! Playschool Helper, Fill-In Floater
"Hello! I'm Grace Williams. I've spent years working with kids and I've loved every moment of it. I'm a mom to two little girls, Ivy and Violet, who keep life fun and full of surprises. I enjoy reading, baking treats, and creating a happy space where kids can explore, play, and be themselves."
Grace is a fill-in playschool helper as well as a general floater fill-in for any programs if Miss Flora or Mr. Daulton can't make it to playschool or a scheduled program.
