Babywearing and Prenatal Dance Class

Put on your carriers and your dancing shoes and let's groove! Join babywearing caregivers and prenatal mothers in our community for a group dance class! These classes, intended for babywearers, toddlerwearers, and prenatal mamas, include a FREE fit check for all babywearers prior to dancing. This is so I can check your carrier for positioning and functionality to ensure both you and your little one are secure and comfortable. This way we can focus on having fun during class! In a babywearing dance class, we dance heart-to-heart with our babies (facing in, chest-to-chest) because our baby is our dance partner and we come to class with the intention of bonding with them. The special thing about these classes is how they encourage connection between you and your baby, you and the other caregivers in the class, and you and the community! Bonus if our babies are connecting with other caregivers and babies too!
